Refund policy

The Basics: We want you to love your The Padel Index purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Misprinted Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a print error, please do not send it back yet.

1. Take a clear photo of the issue.

2. Email us immediately at returns@thepadelindex.com with the photo and your order number. We will send a replacement free of charge.

Wrong Size / Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we are happy to accept a return.

• Please email returns@thepadelindex.com to initiate the return and receive the return address.

• Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

• Return Shipping: As a small independent business, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the original purchase price to your original payment method within 6 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
