Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: As an independent design studio, we practice sustainable manufacturing. Every item is printed specifically for you after you place your order.

Production Time: Please allow 1 business day for your order to be printed and quality-checked before it leaves the warehouse.

Order Cutoff: Our order cutoff time is 1:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order is printed and dispatched, here is when you can expect it to arrive:

United Kingdom: 1–3 business days tracked via Royal Mail / DPD.

Shipping Costs: All shipping is free

Tracking: As soon as your order leaves the studio, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Lost Packages If your package has not moved in over 10 business days, please contact us at (mickey@thepadelindex.com)and we will investigate with the courier.
